Want help with my tanorexia

I have been a sun worshiper since I was 15. Im now 30 and want to take better care of my skin. I live in FL and the beach is 5 minutes away, so its so easy to go layout whenever I want. Not to mention there are tanning beds on every corner. I feel prettier, thinner and better about myself when I am tan. Im a pretty woman and I always hear "you dont even look close to 30" but I can see wrinkles and lines and sun damage. I have acne scars on my face and when Im tan, you cant see them as much. I dont have the porcelain pretty pale skin. I have pasty pale skin that in my opinion does not look good with my blonde/gold hair and eyes. I have vowed to never go back in the tanning bed and to wear sunblock when outside. I want to start taking care of my skin, especially my face. What are some in office procedures I can have done to help erase some of the damage? (I know you cant erase it completely). No surgery or anything, just dermatological things in the office. Replace animal fats with Omega-3 fatty acids (which eggs, while being an animal product, are rich in). Cut *simple* carbs, not all carbs, from your diet, replace them with complex carbs. Eat plenty of green, leafy vegetables, like you're already doing. Drink 8 gles of water a day, cut sodas from your diet. Mon, Wed, and Fri, do strength training, i.e. anaerobic exercises, Tue, Thur, and Sat, do an aerobic work out, and rest on Sun. Do a stretching regimen, and warm up before your workouts, and a stretching regimen and a cool down after. Okay all of this with your Doc. Oh, and drink a lot of water before you eat, and eat a salad before your main course for lunch and dinner. If you have the dressing on the side, or go with a vinaigrette, it has almost no calories, and fills you up. Oh, and eat plenty of protein, it takes a while to digest, so you stay full longer. I watched it again the other day, loved it even more the 2nd time. I had high expectations from it and it still completely blew me away. Heath Ledger was born to play the Joker, he stole the film. Great acting by Aaron Eckhart, Gary Oldman, Maggie Gyllenhaal and Christian Bale. Action sequences were exciting and not too over-the-top. Plot was my favorite part of the movie, great twists and you didn't know what to expect. The dialogue was excellent, especially from the Joker and Harvey Dent. Weird prosecution methods ?

im not gonna get into everything about my situation, but basically i have an false molestation allegation against me. the investigation has been ongoing since april 2007. no arrests have been made, no interrogations, no searches of my home. the prosecutor has given deadlines for charges twice already with nothing happening. the first time was in september, she gave 6 weeks and that turned into 3 more months. then i had another, the 1st of january 2008. well again today is the 7th and nothing. we have alot going for me as far as proving this allegation is false. such as, psychologists reports and several other factors. they believe this is a clic case of parental alienation. ive heard in order to charge me or issue a warrant she needs probable cause or a confession from me. i heard she need a judge or grand jury's approval before proceeding. they have done nothing to me, but make me wait and worry everyday. i want this to end, i just wish i knew a way to make that happen.

Atheists...what really made you lose faith?

Are you athiest because you truly believe in only science, or were you just disillusioned/appalled/disgusted by the actions of some so-called "holy" people and their religions? I ask this because when I'm reading anything about atheists, I always find a common theme in their story...they (or someone they knew or cared about) suffered an unjust tragedy and wondered how an all-powerful God could let it happen. Or, they just cant stand how hypocritical many religious people can be. Some friends of mine are atheist and they always mention church corruption and scandals as a major turn-off to organized religion, but I never get a clear answer as to why they think there is no God. I am not a 'born again' or anything like that. I haven't had any visions or revelations. I suffered a sudden death of a very loved family member at a young age...my parents are divorced, etc. etc. While I have been angry at whatever God may be for getting a raw deal at times, deep down I don't think I've seriously doubted God's existence as to denounce him/her/it completely. I think God's message has been distorted by many to fit their own agendas. I believe in science, I believe in the Big Bang and evolution...but I also believe in cause and effect, which is one the underlying principles of the universe, and based on that I simply cannot accept as logical that there wasn't something that either wrote the code or set the wheels in motion. I think the problem is that man has tried to personify something that cannot be personified, and I think we make the mistake of always uming everything should always be 'fair.' As you know, everything in nature has to have balance...this includes both good and bad events. if it was one way or the other all the time, nature would not have balance, and it would be chaos. Anyway, I don't think God is a superstitious "invisible man living in the sky" as Carlin puts it...but I do believe that God just is. That's my take...I'm not trying to convert anyone or change anyone's mind, but I've wanted to ask this for a long time. What REALLY made you lose all faith completely, and more importantly, would would it take to ever get it back?

Well its hard to find jobs now'a days considering the economic crisis and what not but there are still work out there first is investing is a key part of making money but to invest you need money and to get money you need to work. if someone abuses us,he has lost his control. now question is should we lose our control or not. should we behave politely or not.suppose if behave politely he will be continuous more and more. if we also misbehave him then it is against the thinking of politers and educationalists.

A lady I worked with signed a promissory note to help me get a car.I found out her son (he her power of attorney )had the car towed on 7-20-2010, same day did a title transfer then tagged it under his business company name.I still have the original title,bill of sale,and only a copy of the original promissory papers.How did he get a title transfer and how do I get a copy of the bill of sale or title transfer from the lady that sold him the car? The wrecker service is refusing to give me a paper that shows on what grounds they were told to have it towed, (off of private property mind u ) and why they released it to him when he only had a title transfer and a notorized bill of sale? I did file a small claims case against the lady I worked with.But now the car is in her sons name! I have a attorney on the case but he wants me to walk away from it all.He say it is as complicaid as a $100,ooo.oo case against a corporation lawsuite.I dont understand why I cant subponia the wrecker service and this lady son.ANY serious advice? I think so long as he influences Congress within the same boundaries as any other citizen, he's just excising his right to free speech. I mean, your question definitely raises legitimate debate. Why did my best friend fall out with me?

OK so these two painting are what i would ume to be mexican or indian. I'm not really sure. They are kind of the same. One says Mescal and the other says Arizola. To vegetarians/vegans....?

Yeah, when I'm not "milked" for a period of time (usually 8-12 hours) I get cranky and am in pain, but it subsides after another 12 hours. The poor thing would be better off not being constantly milked. I use to pump when I went back to work, it hurts!!! Why should a cow have to go through that agianst its will. Even animals that wean their young, control the situation...but as soon as we humans get in the picture, that cow has to continue past its breaking point! There's also a bunch of other reasons, but this is from a feeding point of view and I'm sure many other people will chime in about how they "aren't hurt", or however you said it!
