My payment?

I have asked the same question twice now, and have not been answered. I wish Yahoo Personals had better customer service. I put in all my credit card information and for three days could receive messages and answer them. After that, there was no way to answer messages. I don't know if they dropped me, but I guess I will call my credit card company and see if I have charges. It should be a lot easier than this. A person should be able to ask a question and get an answer without devoting so much time to tracking down the answer. Am I an active member or not, and why can't I respond to messages? That isn't that hard ... Tia :)
