Huge Weight Problem !! help !! please?

Okay, by eating less, your body is going into a panic state, and storing more. You can trick it into not doing that though. Here's what I recommend, just be sure to okay it with a doctor. Cut as much fat, particularly animal fat, as you can from your diet, while avoiding non-fat foods, go low-fat, or reduced fat. Non-fat foods are so chemically altered that they can mess up your metabolism and make you gain weight. Replace animal fats with Omega-3 fatty acids (which eggs, while being an animal product, are rich in). Cut *simple* carbs, not all carbs, from your diet, replace them with complex carbs. Eat plenty of green, leafy vegetables, like you're already doing. Drink 8 gles of water a day, cut sodas from your diet. Mon, Wed, and Fri, do strength training, i.e. anaerobic exercises, Tue, Thur, and Sat, do an aerobic work out, and rest on Sun. Do a stretching regimen, and warm up before your workouts, and a stretching regimen and a cool down after. Okay all of this with your Doc. Oh, and drink a lot of water before you eat, and eat a salad before your main course for lunch and dinner. If you have the dressing on the side, or go with a vinaigrette, it has almost no calories, and fills you up. Oh, and eat plenty of protein, it takes a while to digest, so you stay full longer. You might also want to break down your meals into six small meals throughout the day, instead of the standard three meals, as this will actually help you eat less. Hope this helps. Oh, and most important thing, feel good about yourself, and don't be so hard on yourself. It makes a difference.
