What should I uninstall?

It really comes down to what you actually use. I could suggest what to remove but I wouldn't know if you use programs that use the specified application(s). Your best bet is to google the applications you've never heard of. This way you can decide if you want to remove it. If you prefer something more automated you can download and install Spybot Search & Destroy (Spybot S&D).
