Who would you start for fantasy football this week Big Ben or Matt Ryan?

Unfortunately Aaron Rodgers is out this week, so I have to turn to Big Ben vs. Jets or Matt Ryan vs. the Seahawks. I am honestly leaning towards Matt Ryan. The Niners lit up the Seahawks and Alex Smith was the qb. Let me know what you think and why? Thank You!
