Any ideas what this might be?

I've been getting twinges around my ovary area for the past month. I had other symptoms as well and at first I thought I was pregnant. However my period arrived on the 18th of Feb. I'm still getting twinges around my ovaries. I'm also getting a pain in my lower back, my are sore, I'm getting indigestion on and off and my bowel movements and urine smell funny and I've got a white discharge. I had very light spotting one day about 3 days after my period.I'm going to the doctor after work but I'm kind of worried.Anyone experience anything like this?
