How to read a shy guy?

I don't think he shy. I think he knows he is busy and doesnt want to get too involved since he is traveling and has a career. You need to respect that. If he does like you, you need to take things slow because he isnt ready with his career and all. Talk to him when you get the chance but dont make it your whole life. Its not a guarentee that he is coming home to you.
