I don't know what I want out of life?

Yeah, I'm 15 and still have no idea what career I want to pursue, I have no idea which college I want to go to, I don't know where I want to live, and I just flat out don't know what I want out of life! I am so indecisive about everything... I get mostly A's and some B's here and there... According to my parents I'm not responsible enough to take driver's training and I can't afford the rhinoplasty I've wanted for the last 6 years... Ok, I'm starting to ramble. Anyway, I think about life everyday and I can't even guess what next month is going to look like. I'm scared that I'll regret not trying hard enough or regret not having fun... Please give me some advice...
