I have two painting and i was wondering if anyone can tell me who the artist is?

OK so these two painting are what i would ume to be mexican or indian. I'm not really sure. They are kind of the same. One says Mescal and the other says Arizola. They have what i think are homes or buildings. All the buildings have ladders on them that lead to the next level. The buildings are all square and look like they were made out of mud or clay. The one that says Mescal is of buildings with mountains in the background. And the Arizola one is of a woman walking around her house with large mesa's in the background. They are of dessert landscaping with cactus everywhere. Please let me know if anyone has any ideas. There is no artist name on them, I have looked all over the paintings. thanks in advanced for the help..
