Should I stop playing this game?

I play runescape, but I'm starting to get really addicted to it again. I was addicted to it before...It was all I thought about, and I even made schedules about what i should do each day to get to certain skill levels (sorry I'm just a nit neurotic). I stopped playing, but I'm starting to get that way again. I playing earlier trying to find ways to makes loads of money, then it dawned on me, with the time it's going to take to make a lot of money I could be doing something worthwhile like guitar or something. Should I stop playing? It's really fun and I'm kind of indecisive. I know I could do much better things with my time...even chores.
