Allergies and sinus drainage?

i have bad allergies. usually i just get bad sinus head aches and thats about it. but for like the past three days i have been having drainage in the back of my throat. it is really annoying becuase it is always in the back and it makes me anxious. also when i lay down for a while and get up my ear is plugged. i take clairitine and it does not help it, and i also use a nasal wash. what other remedies can i use to get rid of the drainage and waking up in the morning with a irritated throat
