The iCarly website?

When they're on TV on iCarly do they post it directly to a private iCarly website and then a day later post it on the public one which is the real iCarly.com? IT just looks so different when it's on TV. Also, do you think that if I took the Windows Error.wav from windows vista and play it with a big echo and sort of mess with the volume with windows xp's sound recorder I could end up with one of the sounds from the computers from iCarly?
