Can you help me with a few things with fifa 09 on the 360?

Loving the game, I cant get enough of it, however one problem I have is the matches are always played in perfect daylight, there are never any rainy matches, night matches, windy, snowy etc... I have looked on the settings for weather options but cant find anything for weather settings. I love the game but the perfect sunny daylight matches p**s me a little. Also I have Manchester United in manager mode and I am broke, (Yes I blew almost $200,000,000)!!! Any ways to get a few extra dollars? Any advice please?
