I'm 16 weeks pregnant and travelling tomorrow on a plane for 8 hours. Just wondering as I'm supposed to eat a little every hour and a half to keep my blood sugar level stabilised, what foods can i take with me in my handbag?? I am thinking of taking a few sandwhiches like tuna mayo sandwhich and a cheese and lettuce sandwhich, a gregs cheese and onion pastry and tangerines and bananas?
