Can I go to hell for eating a piece of bacon?

Okay guys, I love bacon. I eat it almost daily, it is delicious. I am a young Christian guy, if I was to convert to Judaism...and I was an excellent Jew and refrained from eating pork for the rest of my life. But when I was placed on my death bed just before dying, I was to eat a delicious piece of bacon before exhaling my last breath. Would I go to Heaven or Hell?
