Weird prosecution methods ?

im not gonna get into everything about my situation, but basically i have an false molestation allegation against me. the investigation has been ongoing since april 2007. no arrests have been made, no interrogations, no searches of my home. the prosecutor has given deadlines for charges twice already with nothing happening. the first time was in september, she gave 6 weeks and that turned into 3 more months. then i had another, the 1st of january 2008. well again today is the 7th and nothing. we have alot going for me as far as proving this allegation is false. such as, psychologists reports and several other factors. they believe this is a clic case of parental alienation. ive heard in order to charge me or issue a warrant she needs probable cause or a confession from me. i heard she need a judge or grand jury's approval before proceeding. they have done nothing to me, but make me wait and worry everyday. i want this to end, i just wish i knew a way to make that happen.
