My sister ped away and has no spouse, no children and no will.?

So Illinois law says her heirs are myself, another living sister, and our deceased brothers blood children. But I found out my deceased brothers wife has a living trust stating that his blood children are disinherited. So can his blood children still be a heir to my sister?
