Why does Jesse Jackson get away with saying whatever he wants?

does anyone agree he is a hypocritical biggot? he spouts the n word when he thought he was off camera, while Obama for speaking up about problems in the black community. why does he always have something to say about the white community, instead of focusing on the problems within his own community? Is he a joke? is he only after press coverage or does he truly care about helping peoples lives for the better? I know the answers to these questions but I am interested in hearing others responses.
