In filling out CT-706NT Estate Tax Return, where do I enter IRA amounts?

I'm not sure if it goes under Section 3, Part 2 (Jointly Owned Property/Property Ping Other Than by Will...) or Section 3, Part 3 (Life Insurance Proceeds).
